Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges and Estimates
All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
We cannot ship to P.O. or APO Boxes with internet orders. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes. Our on-line order system can’t determine what size of box your order will ship in. Another reason is that we ship items, like treadmill lubricant, that cannot be shipped through the US postal service.
We currently offer two delivery options:
Standard Delivery:
Your product will be delivered to the first place out of the weather if possible. The product will not be delivered over any point that involves a stair. There is no assembly provided
White Glove Delivery & Assembly:
Your product will be delivered into any room you choose and assembled by our professional team of white glove delivery and assembly technicians. All packaging will be hauled away.
White glove delivery and assembly is not available in all locations. Please verify that your desired delivery method is available to you prior to ordering.
Delivery Restrictions and Disclaimers
Delivery is available within the contiguous United States. Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations. If you change the shipping address after your order has been processed you are responsible for any additional shipping costs that apply. Fitkol is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery due to weather, incorrect delivery address provided, or circumstances outside our control. During the winter months and key holiday seasons, your shipment may take slightly longer due to volume, inventory, weather and/or holiday office closures. We will do our best to get your new product to you ASAP, but some situations are out of our control. If there is a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as we can. Thank you for understanding.
